    WOD: 12:23 (1 pood, 14# ball, 24″ box). I am just not fast when it comes to box jumps. Only wiped out 3 times – that’s progress.

    Rolling out today and stretching after a great weekend! Don’t know how I walked away with an Rx time of 8:34 on Jerry Swinger during the last event on Saturday…but seeing some guys do this in 6 mins flat is insane!!

    9:44Rx- felt super slow. Box jumps took a really long time.

    Pause Back Squats 225x3x3; 8:41 Rx WOD. Walking away from that one without shin damage is a “W”.
