    that kid is clearly the hugest idiot ever. who attempts a back flip in a space where their arm reach is higher than the height of the ceiling?

    From reading the post the last few days it seems like the holiday party was a lot of fun…it sucks we missed it.

    Wasn’t it weird not seeing people in gym shorts?

    Power Clean: 155#, WOD: 5+ rounds (double unders really slowed me down)

    First post!

    I work on my mobility!

    PR on clean and jerk yesterday 232!

    Today: Press 150×3, 3, 2, 2
    Power clean 150×5, 175×5, 185×5, 195×3 (blah- should’ve gotten 5)

    I also wanted to say it was fun seeing everyone on Friday night at the bar and to meet some significant others. CF Southie members clean up well!
