Max effort or 1 minute handstand hold

20 Power Snatches (135,95)*
40 Object Facing Burpees**
20 Clean and Jerks*

Level 2- 115,75
Level 1- 95, 55

*If using a Heavy DB/KB complete 15 on each side. If using a lighter KB or DB complete 30 each side.

**Lateral Burpees are okay if you are short on space.
