Bob Caslin at the CrossFit Games: Day 1 Recap
What a way to kick off the first day of the CrossFit Games! Bob is off to an amazing start and is showing the whole world what he is made of. After one full day of competition, Bob sits on top of the leaderboard in first place overall. In Event 1, Bob came from behind and blew away the competition on his final sandbag run to take home a first place win. In Event 2, he posted a 230-lb thruster, 30 pounds more than the nearest competitor! In Event 3, Bob basically muscle snatched 95-lb thirty times on his way to a second place finish.

Regardless of what happens over the next few days, we are SO proud of Bob and all he has accomplished so far. He is always cheering on his competition after he has finished… a true display of sportsmanship. We can’t wait to see what is in store for the next few days!

Bob will compete today (Wednesday) at 2:05pm and 6:45pm. Be sure to head over to games.crossfit.com or ESPN3 to catch the action and cheer Bob on from a distance!
