Complimentary Introductory Session Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in CrossFit Southie! The first step is to set up a no obligation, complimentary intro session where we take you through the essential movements used in CrossFit, answer any questions you may have about the program and put you through a short, intense WOD (workout of the day) to give you a taste of what we do.
Every Saturday at 12pm and Wednesday at 6pm, we hold one of these sessions for any newbies interested in learning more about the program. We like to make all potential members ware that we do require a minimum of a 2x/week membership and our rates can be found here. If you would like to set up the intro session, please sign up for Thursday or Saturday below. We prefer all newbies take the introductory class but if these days/times do not work for you please email [email protected] and we will find a beginner friendly class that works with your schedule. In each case, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early prior to the start of the class.
Until we meet, here is some reading material to help you get a better understanding of the CrossFit program. Also, take a look at the handout we provide to potential members. This may answer any questions you have about membership.
