If you are new to CrossFit…don’t fret, CrossFit is completely scalable and we will ease you into it as we have multiple coaches available to help out. You will get lots of help/attention during your first session and beyond.
Please take a look at our current schedule here. Our smaller classes are run at 5am,8,11,12,4pm and 7pm during the week, but any class that fits your schedule works for us. Send us an email with days/times that works and we can reserve a spot in class for you.
If all goes well, we are able to address any questions/concerns you may have.
