Complimentary Intro Class
Thank you for your interest in CrossFit Southie! There’s nowhere better to train, get in shape, and make life-lasting friendship. The first step is your free intro class. It’s time to set up a no obligation, complimentary intro session where we take you through the essential movements used in CrossFit, answer any questions you may have about the program and put you through a short, intense WOD (workout of the day) to give you a taste of what we do.
Every Saturday at 12pm and Wednesday at 6pm, we hold a free intro class for any newbies interested in learning more about the program. We do require a minimum of a 2x/week membership for all members, and our membership rates are listed on our Pricing page.. If you would like to set up the intro session, please sign up for Thursday or Saturday below. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early prior to the start of class to fill out a waiver and be ready to go right at 7pm!
Until we meet, here is some reading material to help you get a better understanding of the CrossFit program. Also, take a look at the handout we provide to potential members. This may answer any questions you have about membership.
