I Like My MUPS Crispy

Muscle up – 15 minutes to work on dead hang muscle ups, muups with a vest on, working transitions, etc..

Strength – 15 minutes
Push Press – 5-5-5

WOD 1
2 minutes of max Sit-Ups (partner can anchor the feet)
Games – GHD

WOD 2
15 minute AMRAP
Run 300m
Max Ring Muscle Ups

Open – max attempt at pull ups and dips each time. No bar muscle up substitutions!

    Mup transitions..need to work on keeping proper grip. It was fun to work on these though!

    Push press: up to 115#

    Wods:
    1: 5 rounds; 43 pull ups and 33 ring dips.
    2: 52 ghds.

    Glad for a rest day tomorrow!

    WOD2: 6 runs and 58 pullups 55(?) dips…I dont know. There was no chance I could do a mup this morning.
