*There will be no 730am and no 7pm intro class today*

Strength

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
3 heavy Deadlifts
Start medium heavy and work up to 95% of a 3 rep max

WOD
3 Rounds for time
20 Burpees
20 Knees to elbows

Level 2 – 15 reps – you may scale both or just the k2e’s
Level 1 – 10 reps – you may scale both or just the k2e’s

    Deadlift EMOM for 10: 210, I was going heavier and Chuck pointed out the I was losing form, so I stripped off some weight and realized how much I was rounding my back with the heavier weight! Thanks Chuck!

    Hello!

    I recently bought a condo in South Boston (west 7th) and am looking for a roommate. The unit is 2 beds, 2.5 baths with three decks including a roof deck. The room I am renting is a good size with direct access to the second deck and a double vanity en suite bath.

    I am a 26 year old female. In my free time I like to crossfit and do basically anything outdoors. I work in the suburbs and keep pretty busy. I like to go out as well as entertain but I also like quiet nights in.

    Rent is $1500 plus utilities.
