Coming Soon: Conditioning Class
This class is 30 minutes of conditioning, mainly in the form of intervals. After the conditioning there will be 15 minutes of core strengthening and stretching. This class is perfect for anyone who is looking to enhance their cardiovascular endurance, accelerate weight-loss, or get in a quick workout before the work day. The class will be from 7:30-8:15am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first class will begin on April 1st.

Just a reminder, Friday Night Lights is TOMORROW night! Sign up to join us for some friendly competition and fun! 
When: Friday, March 28th, 5-7pm
Where: Southie Green
Who: Everyone! Participate in the workout, or just come by to cheer on your fellow competitors!
How: Sign up HERE to secure a spot
Important note: The 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm classes in Southie Green will be cancelled. If you’d prefer to complete the workout at night in a regular class setting, the 3:30, 4:30. 5:30 and 6:30 classes in Southie Orange will run as scheduled.

    Bummed I couldn’t make it in today!

    14.5 prediction (because I’ve been so accurate thus far):
    18 minute AMRAP:
    12 burpee………pull ups
    7 Thrusters…….135#/95#
