    I miss my Southie crew and I’ve only been gone 4 days! Can’t wait to get in there on Friday ๐Ÿ™‚
    We did Fran today at SLC Crossfit and it sucked so bad! I think I have a new PR though, 2:45 RX how sick is that!?
    Haha just kidding, I did 7:06 Rx and was the only girl doing the WOD as rx’d, I think its because my coaches are the shizznit
    P.s. We knew maze was hitting the c2b’s here because after his nipples were all red
