Skill
Double Unders

WOD
5 minutes of rowing
4 minutes of wallballs (20,14)
3 minutes of box jumps (24,20)
2 minutes of hand release push-ups (feet on box)
1 minute of double unders

Level 2 – regular push-ups
Level 1 – regular push-ups

**at the end of the workout add up the total reps including calories on the rower for a total score
10 singles= 1 point
