    Out in Denver at Crossfit Park Hill, did 13.2
    WOD = 271, trying for Crowley’s 276 but no gas, good luck everybody this weekend testing/re-testing. Off to Moab
    1 minute into the warm-up the coach here goes “Jim you have really tight calves huh”, haha you crossfit coaches are all mean

    Warm-up: done w/500M row
    EMOM: up to 185# – PR for the snatch, and it actually went up pretty easily. Looking forward to next time we do 1RM snatch b/c I’d like to see where I am right now.
    WOD: 12:45 @regional w/red band on the BMups. Missed a couple of snatches in the first round but settled into a groove and only missed one after. Need to lose the training wheels on the BMups.

    WOD: 12:41 @135#, tried 145# and failed the first two so I bumped down
