CFS Heat Times –

Friday 

  • WOD 1 (Goose & Tina MO)= 9:40
  • WOD 2 & 3 (Entire Team) = 1:50

Saturday

  • WOD 4 (Entire Team) = between 8:30-9:30
  • WOD 5 (TJ & Haley) = between 3-3:30

Sunday

  • WOD 6 (Hyatt & Julie) =between 8:40 – 9:20
  • WOD 7 (Entire Team) = between 12:55-1:45

We will be running a reduced schedule this weekend due to the Regional. 
*Friday am we will be holding a 530am, 6am, and 7am only. There will be no afternoon classes that day and the night classes will only be held in Southie Green at 4, 5, 6 and 7pm.
*On Saturday will be holding classes only in Southie Green at 8am, 9am and 10am and then shutting down for the day. There will be no Intro Class.
*On Sunday there will only be CrossFit classes at 8am and 9am. Yoga will run as scheduled.*
