Nutrition Challenge Begins TODAY! – CFS

Nutrition Challenge Begins Today!
Today is the day… Nutrition Challenge starts! Starting today, we will log our food every day for the next 6 weeks. These food logs are meant to help hold you accountable and also help your coaches help you improve your nutrition. These food logs are required to participate in the Nutrition Challenge, so please don’t skip out on them! Michelle will review your logs over the course of the challenge and offer suggestions for how you can optimize your diet. Don’t use the Patriots game as an excuse… get started today!

Food Logs can be found HERE. If you do not see your name on the list and have signed up to participate in the challenge, please email [email protected] and we will get you on there ASAP!

A few other reminders…
– There is a $20 buy-in (cash only!) to participate in the challenge. If you have not paid, please bring your cash to the desk the next time you are in.
– Before & After photos are required to be considered for prizes at the end… and are a great way to see all of your results after six weeks of hard work! If you did not take before photos at your initial weigh-in, please see a coach to do these next time you are in.
– Please be sure to enter your benchmark workout results HERE so we can compare at the end of the challenge!
