Hard Time



Although getting “tight” is true for both the deadlift and the clean there are some slight variations of the set up position. Check out the video below to learn the difference, apply the knowledge and crush the workout!

    Please come to class with some feedback regarding last Wednesday’s Catfish episode. Here are some potential discussion points for you to consider throughout the day:

    – Can you blame Miracle (or any other “catfished” subjects) for being duped? How much responsibility should Miracle and others take for figuring out who they’re actually talking to?
    – How much responsibility do you assign to Kara’s husband?
    – Is Miracle, in fact, “basic?”

        Discussion can certainly be revived on Sunday. The season’s second episode airs tonight, so plan the rest of your day/life around that.
