Today’s Schedule – Thanks for Giving me the opportunity to WORK Up an appetite!
8am and 9am only – Goose will be opening up the gym at 630am and doing the WOD at 7am if anyone wants to join in.
Schedule for the rest of the weekend
Friday 11/25 – 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, Open Gym 1-4PM, 4PM, 5PM
Saturday 11/26 – One box only. All Levels classes 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM & 2PM. No Oly, Mobility at 12pm, Intro at 12pm. There will be no babysitting on Saturday.
