*Labor Day Schedule* Today we will be running a reduced schedule with All Levels Classes at 10am, 11am and 6:00pm*


WOD

“Hansen”
Five rounds
30 Swings, (2/1.5)
30 Burpees
30 Sit-ups

L3 – 4 rounds
L2 – 4 rounds; 20 reps
L1 – 4 rounds; 15 reps

This is a long arduous WOD, please scale accordingly. 40 minute cap.

    WOD: 27:21 L2, 1 pood kettlebell— thinking I could’ve done 5 rounds, oh well, next time.

    Worked on my power cleans afterwards, got a PR of 93lbs! Almost to 100 baby!
