30 Swings, (2/1.5)
30 Burpees
30 Sit-ups

L3 – 4 rounds
L2 – 4 rounds; 20 reps
L1 – 4 rounds; 15 reps

This is a long arduous WOD, please scale accordingly. 40 minute cap.
