Clean Out Cubbies Please!

If you store your belongs in the main cubbies located in Southie Green or Orange we are asking everyone to either bring home personal items or store it in the back of Southie Green’s Mobility Room. Any items left in the cubbies will be placed into the Lost & Found and given to Good Will this Friday October 9th.

    HPC: 155×3 (which is actually a tie of a PR on PC/HPC. These are still a weakness…)
    WOD: 148 at 105lbs (81 cals, 17 C&J, 5 wall climbs, 33 back squats, 12 burpees) – taking it easy on the wall climbs and being ready for lots of squats definitely helped out. Really enjoyed this WOD.
