A tricky part could be just figuring out the same class time to go to on Sat. It doesn’t matter to me but for some reason 10:00 makes sense…since it’s the one in the middle.

Mulls and my diner are good local bfast spots. I eat sunflower seed butter by the spoonful. About 5 spoonfuls at a time when I’m trying to cut back. For serious.

Breakfast is the only meal I have nooo trouble with. Snacks are an issue, second on the nuts Allison…my snacks turn into meals!

A Breakfast Club sounds good, and its a pretty easy meal to eat out and remain Paleo.

I’m sure Amy and Chris know a good local place

Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to sort out! That and snacks. Must stop eating nuts! I second a breakfast club!

Local goat meat, I’m game; Chestnut Farms is really solid, I’ve gotten meat from them before. I am def. going to that Farmers Market as I need to be in Maynard on Sat. anyway. Thanks for the link James! And Michelle for pointing out the goat meat!

Probably leave the Dorchester/Southie area around 9-9:30am.

Jaime, I saw the most recent post about the Society of Eggs… makes me think we should start a CF Southie breakfast club. 🙂

James, that farmers market looks awesome! What time are you thinking about going? I’m not sure I’ll have time this week but it looks amazing… Alec, if you’re reading this, the pics show a grass-fed meat stand with goat meat for $9.99/lb.
