Friday, October 29th we will be hosting a Halloween Social at our apartment on West Broadway starting at 8pm. It is about a half mile from the gym. Wear your best costume and come meet fellow CrossFitters. Bring a paleo or non-paleo dish if you would like. It will be fun!
