Calling All Judges! We need your help!
The 2015 Southie Showdown is fast approaching, and we need your help! On November 7th & 8th, we will host our biggest event of the year, the Southie Showdown. This is a two-day individual competition for both Rx and Scaled athletes. 275 competitors from all over New England will descend on CrossFit Southie to throw their hat in the ring. The competition is always fun but fierce and typically showcases some up and coming talent in our sport. In past years, Showdown athletes have gone on to compete on the big stage at the CrossFit Games. In addition to great competition, there will be lots of great food and retail vendors on site all weekend. You don’t want to miss it!

If you won’t be competing but would still like to be involved, we could really use your help. As you can imagine, with so many competitors, we need a lot of judges. Judging is a great way to be involved in the heart of the action all weekend long. All judges will receive a free t-shirt and lunch from Fresh Meal Plans each day.

We need at least 64 judges each day in order for the event to run smoothly. If you can count and understand basic CrossFit movements/workouts, we can teach you how to judge. Even if you cannot commit to all weekend, we’d love to have you for part of the weekend. We greatly appreciate your help and would not be able to run this event without you!

    Neal didn’t give Joel and I as long rests as we wanted, and made me use the Rx bar, he’s the worst.
