    box squat w/ 2chainz: up to 385… nose proceeded to gush blood all over the platform during my last set – obvi made sure to finish first, but decided to clean up and call it quits after that

    Back Squat: 275 with 2×2 chains
    WOD: 145, after the round of 12 I thought my forearms were going to explode, after the round of 9 I thought I could have went heavier
    Sprints: 35/33/34/35/34

    Worked out with the noon class in green
    Back squat: (no chains or box) 315, 345 for 1 failed the 2nd
    Wod: 155 (as Mike Jones would say eh impressed it)
    Skipped the conditioning

    box squat: 275# + 2 chains
    gwen: 135# – first attempt was at 150#, failed on the set of 15. took quite a long time to get in the right mindset and give it another go.
    200m sprints: all between 35-40 sec.

    Looks like a bar MUP kip. Thanks for using the appropriate number of z’s at the end of my name. If you can believe it, one time someone used only one – and on the rare occasion an s is used….it usually ruins my day.
    225 with one chain on each side for the Box Squats
    145# for Gwen. Stretch your forearms before this one.
    Sprints actually got faster as I went – something like 40,39,39,37,35
