We will be holding the retest today at noon.  This will replace the noon class.   It’s not to late to sign up for the Open if you haven’t already.  General classes will run at 9am, 10am and 11am.  Open gym remains the same.

      Yeah Rob! huge score. Got 292 today, think I’m going to give it another shot tomorrow. 8 dubs away from 300 and it’s eating at me. Did you switch to C&J at the end or snatches all the way?

        Thanks Quigley. Sadly, it is unlikely i will get any more double unders during the open…. I didn’t switch to clean and jerks at the end; I think I was alternating between a partial fling and a full flail – happy to show you my technique some time. Nice work on the 292 – go get that 300+!

    I am out of town all weekend for my niece’s birthday. Any chance of doing a retest on Monday? Say maybe at 4 in orange before the 430 class? DeVerna and I both want to better our scores!

    If anyone wants to retest or test 1st time tomorrow (Sunday) morning, I’ll be opening up early around 7:30 or so. Froning watch out!
