    – Not for nothing but I took a hard look at the white board tonight and the 7PM class had the highest number of PR’s to athlete ratio by far.
    – I’m still the Friday Night TMNT Trivia champion. But I have to apologize to Retta. Retta said Krang is from Dimension X, I argued that the Neutrinos are from Dimension X, Krang is an Ultrom who simply invaded and made it his home. Looks like both are correct depending which continuity you’re talking about:
    “The Utroms are stated to come from another planet in the Milky Way galaxy, while in the 1987 cartoon Krang says he comes from Dimension X.” This is the kind of stuff you get at the Friday 7PM class.

    Shout out to Chuck’s ‘3 Points of Contact’ good morning drill. Not enough movements in Crossfit where something’s between your butt cheeks in my opinion.
