    Level 3 / Subsituted clapping push ups for release pushups for a time of 20:57

    Great workout. 20:46 I think was my finish time. It’s hard to note the time during lactic acidosis induced brain-fog. Also, I dropped down from the 1.5 to the 1, level 2 though!
