*There will be no 9am or noon classes today, only 10am and 11am. The box will close for the day at noon*

10 Up and over the box jumps
(you can clear the box completely or jump up and then jump down)

Level 2 (1,26lb)
Level 1 (26lb, 18lb)
ADV- Jump over the box for all 50 reps
