Handstand PU’s/Deficit HSPU’s

20 Minute AMRAP
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (2,1.5)

Level 2 (6 pull-ups/6 dips) (1.5,1)
Level 1 (6 pull-ups/6 dips) (1, 25lb)

    Were your sunglasses broken at the Saturday work out? I didn’t see them on the grass, and stepped on them. I’m sorry!! :/

    Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
