That’s right it’s Goose’s birthday. He is 28 today. Happy Birthday to the best human being I have ever met. Without his work ethic, money saving skills, dedication, perfectionism, and pure passion for CrossFit, there would be no Crossfit Southie. We are keeping it classy tonight (Wednesday) at 8pm at the Stadium celebrating with some $4 burgers. All of you are invited to join us.
Fight Gone Bad is in less than 2 weeks! How this works is that everyone who is participating also needs to count for another member, FGB is impossible to track points if you count for yourself. We have a sign-up sheet on the desk with 40 minute increments, we will have 2 stations set up, that way 2 heats will take place at once. The time increments 9:20-10:00, 10:10-10:50, and 11:00-11:40. The workout is 17 minutes long; you will WOD for 17 minutes and then count for 17 minutes. Traditionally, Fight Gone Bad is reserved for those who raised money for the cause. You MAY participate whether you raised money or not, but please consider making a donation to the cause. Thanks!
