*We are hosting a Level 1 CrossFit certification this weekend so there will not be any classes at the gym.  However, on Saturday we will have the 2nd Annual Photo Scavenger Hunt around the city.  Meet at 9am, above ground at Park St. station at Termont St. and feel free to bring friends along.  Don’t forget about the 2nd anniversary party on Saturday night at the Greatest Bar.  There will be a 11am and 12pm class at Moakley Field with Coach Harris on Sunday.*

We hold these certs to enable our community members the opportunity to get certified and to gain recognition for our box.  Typically we try to have classes outdoors when we close the box for certs.  Due to the upcoming cold weather, we have turned down all certifications in the near future so that you guys can continue to come in and get your WOD on.    We would be happy to extend anyone’s membership if you are unable to make it in because of the reduced schedule, please email us at [email protected] if that is the case.   We also encourage everyone to add in extra classes before or after the weekend if they are able to offset the weekends.

    225 9+6 rx, also destroyed by this week ( my back is not overly upset about no in house wod) i’ll just have to destroy the dance floor saturday night
