20 KettleBell Swings(1.5/1)
20 Push-ups
20 Wallballs(20/14)

ADV (2/1.5) Ring Push-ups

The goal of this workout is to complete all the reps without breaking anything up. On the swings this might mean that you should scale down the weight so that you don’t have to break your swing. During the push-ups you can only rest in the plank position. During the wallballs you need to hit the target and catch the ball every time. If the unbroken reps are too much then complete the workout just for time.
