Turkey Day ScheduleGooble, Gooble, Gooble, Gooble……
Today Thursday 11/22 – ThanksGiving – 8am and 9am only. Goose will be opening the gym at 630am and completing the WOD at 7am if anyone wants to hit it early.
Friday 11/23 – All Levels classes at 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, Open Gym 1-3PM, 3PM, 4PM
Saturday 11/24 – One box only. No babysitting.  All Levels classes 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM & 2PM. No Oly, No Mobility, Intro at 12pm.

100 Kettlebell Swings (1.5,1)
100 Box Jumps
100 Double Unders
3600m/2.2 Mile Bike (Switching every 600m/.4miles)
1000m Rowing (Switching every 250m)

Level 2 – 75 Reps
Level 1 -50 Reps

Bike Subs
Ski 1000m (Switching every 250m)
Run outside if you dare or Air Runner = 1200m (switching every 200m)
