Get well soon Coach Masley!


Coach Masley is recovering from pneumonia. He is taking some antibiotics and should be back to no rep all of you in the near future. Show some love in the comments today to help get him back on his feet.

    I will be opening up the gym early Sunday morning to workout ~7:30. Anyone interested in working out, getting in extra strength, skills, mobility/stretching etc. is welcome to come then- you can treat it as open gym time.

    I will most likely not be posting this again as a reminder tomorrow as my home computer is on the fritz and as I am old skool I don’t have a smart phone.

    Thanks for the support guys!!! I miss seeing you all but don’t worry, I should be off the DL Monday to No Rep, Burn Toast, and fall into peer pressure (Joe that was a brilliant analogy).

    Alec I have no idea how long it took you to find that video but that is absolute comedy.

    I’ve found that peer pressure is often an effective method to get Maze to do something (turkey baster WOD).

    Maze, you won’t get better. You won’t get lots of sleep and fluids. You won’t take it easy. You won’t be back burning toast before you know it!
