Our Holiday Cocktail Party is this Saturday, December 8th starting at 7pm and going all night! Food will be served from 8pm-9:30pm at The Good Life over in the Financial District. Dress is cocktail attire (dresses and ties to be more specific). Hope you all can attend.

    Push-Jerk 145×3 (PR) 20lbs better than my prior PR here but I wanted more!
    WOD: 3 rounds + 24 (L2 = 80lbs on thrusters, K2E, 1.25pood)
