    JBo, I wish I could agree with you about those &$*^# burpee box jumps, but not so much since I barely survived this workout!!!! Wasn’t feeling it today but glad I made it in. (27-something. Did all the burpee box jumps & climbs, but 10 front squats instead of thrusters)

    WOD: Having trouble remembering if it was 21:23 or 23:21 but it was definitely L2
    This workout was kind of like the Intro WOD on steroids. And bizarre as it may seem, I actually really really liked the burpee box jumps.
