**Please remember to wear protection on your leg if you are doing regular rope climbs. Also, olympic lifting shoes are not allowed during today’s WOD**

    21:48 @ 75 did all the climbs.
    Got my first legless rope climb during skills.

    Congratulations Katie! Saw it out of the corner of my eye while I was regaining consciousness after finishing the 6pm WOD.
    Rope Climbs: Got my first 3 ever J-technique rope climbs during the practice session. Unfortunately they were less than stellar (foot position was shaky at best) and my forearms were toast before even starting the WOD. How those Games athletes did these legless as what, 1 of 12 workouts is beyond me!
    WOD: I’m with Jason in the not so rad camp: 21:44 at 80lbs. 3-2-1-1…and the last 1 was only a pull to stand because I had evidently torn open my rope climb wound from 3 weeks ago and was bleeding through a layer of tape, sock, and another layer of tape. Good times.

    Shout outs to KATIE for getting her first UNASSISTED bar-muscle-up tonight!!! She was thiiiiiiiis close last night. Came back tonight, attempted it again before the 7PM class and got it. So rad.
