“Gameplan”
Establish a max weight for the complex:
1 Hang Squat Snatch
2 Overhead Squats
An attempt will be made every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.

Each athlete must begin at one of the predetermined starting weights and are allowed 2 attempts during the 2 minute interval. If successful the athlete will ascend in  weight every 2 minutes in increments of 10lbs for the men, and 5lbs for the women.

Each athlete will choose from one of the following weights to for their opening lift:

Men 135,155,175,195,205
Women 85,95,105,115,135

Max Unbroken Reps
1. Double Unders
2. Hang Squat Snatch (115,80)
3. Toes to Bar
4. Heavy Wallballs (30,20)

    Gameplan: 175… Hit 185 for a PR after the complex

    Tripped up in the dubs for 2 rounds and the wallballs were slippery!

    Gameplan: 105# Started at 85 and hit all lifts on the first attempt. I would have liked to attempt 110….next time!

    Wod: 130 RX. The hang squat snatches got me! So hard to do unbroken! Wallballs were not bad!
