-Split practice/stretching using the parallettes for leverage.

    Strength – 295×3
    WOD – 28:13 with red banded HSPU. almost stayed within the 15 minute cap

    this is DT with some flare (an additional: 25 HSPU’s, 50 pistols, and 75 pull ups)…

    i did DT in 10:14…15 min cap!?
