At Home WOD
1.) Max AirSquats in 3 Minutes
2.) Couch Stretch Against the Wall – 2 Minutes Each Side
3.) 5 Rounds – 10 Jack Knives, 10 Supermans, 10 Hollow Rocks

    With my girl Andrea -4 rnds: 10 hip extensions w/15lb plate 10 unbroken sitting press with 35,45,50,50 15 Ghd sit ups to parallel w/15 lb plate 10 bench dips with feet elevated on box then Tabata walking lunges with 2 -.75pd kettlebells then Tabata :assault bike
