Coach Berretta & Nicole are ENGAGED!
We could not be happier for Chris and Nicole on their recent engagement. They met here at CrossFit Southie several years ago, and it’s been so great to watch them together. We were all so happy when they showed up at the holiday party and Nicole had a gorgeous ring on her finger!! We love you both and are SO excited for you. Congratulations, Retta & Nicole!
Welcome to the world, Sawyer Elizabeth Joyce!
Two of our beloved members, Katie Hann & Michael Joyce, welcomed their beautiful daughter, Sawyer Elizabeth Joyce, to the world two weeks ago. Everyone is happy and healthy. Katie was a trooper throughout her whole pregnancy, working out until just about the very end. We can’t wait to get Katie back in the gym and meet baby Sawyer. Congratulations, Mike & Katie!
Introducing Hayden Elaine Ferrando!
Longtime member Dave Ferrando and his wife Alyson welcomed their daughter, Hayden Elaine Ferrando, in the early morning hours on December 17th. Hayden was born at 1:34AM on 12/17/16 weighing 7lb 4oz and 20 inches. Everybody is happy and healthy! Congratulations, Dave & Alyson! We can’t wait to meet her!

Coaches tip – not standing on a tight rope, start with feet under the hips so you have time and speed to move the feet. Toes should be pointing slightly toward one another and weight should be just about evenly distributed between the front and back foot.
