We did our best to keep everyone within the time frame that they requested. Because this workout takes up so much space, we will be using both boxes. Lanes 1-11 are in Southie Green and Lanes 12-16 are in Southie Green. If you can no longer make your scheduled heat/judging time, please send us an email to [email protected]
Please plan to warm up on your own before your heat. A coach will be available in the athlete warm up area to help you get warmed up and give you some tips on how to approach the workout.
Not competing, but want to be involved? We could use a few extra judges to help out tonight, especially from 5-6pm. If you’re available to help, please shoot us an email or just show up and we will find a spot for you to help. We thank you in advance!
The event kicks off at 4pm. Spencer Hendel and Ashleigh Wosby will be throwing down at 6:45pm. We look forward to seeing you all here for a fun event!
