Memorial Day Schedule
We’ll be holding a reduced schedule this Monday (5/26). Classes will be held in Southie Green at 9am, 10am and 11am only.  The schedule for the remainder of the weekend remains the same. See you then!

Congratulations!
We want to wish a big congratulations to to Sarah (aka Borg) and Ben on their recent engagement! If you’ve never experienced a 5:30pm class with these two, you are missing out on some serious laughs. We couldn’t be happier for the two of you!

Regional Weekend
Regionals are just around the corner – next weekend! The event will take place Friday May 30 – Sunday June 1, and we hope you can make it! The CrossFit Southie team and Coach Christina will be testing themselves for three hard days of workouts and they can use all of your support. We’re very lucky to have the event in our own backyard at Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA. Tickets are on sale now, so grab yours here before they are gone! Also, we’ll be holding a reduced schedule on Regional weekend, so keep your eyes on the blog for updates.
