    Boot camp : 200m runs with sandbag, burpee up and over sandbag, box jumps , sandbag clean and jerks.
    Shoulders and biceps are fried started to struggle with the burpee so switched to sandbag front squats @you Danielia -don’t think I’ve ever worked so hard/did what I was told/lifted so much weight EVER. Sending u the bill 4 my acupuncture and message LTA good times !
