All regular classes for tomorrow (Saturday) have been cancelled due to the In-House Throwdown – Open Gym will take place from 9:00am – 1:30pm . Even if you are not competing, we hope you can come by to cheer on the competitors, or join us for a barbecue after the competition is over. This is always a great day to kick off the summer… you will not want to miss it!
The first heat of competition will kick off at 9:30am, and the events should be wrapped up by 1:30pm. After the competition wraps up, we’ll celebrate with a barbecue in the lot. We’ll play some corn hole and bring back the dunk tank. We’ll provide some drinks and burgers, dogs, sausages, etc. to toss on the grill. If you’d like to contribute, we could use some help with some extra side dishes. Please feel free to bring in your favorite side (paleo or not) to share with everyone. The more the better!
Important Parking Announcement: Please do not park anywhere along the CrossFit Southie building tomorrow. We need this area to be clear for Event 1, and for post-competition festivities. As always, street parking and parking along the brick building are fair game. Thank you in advance!

In-House Throwdown After-Party / Summer Kick-Off Party THIS Saturday!
Our very own Dave Ferrando has graciously invited us all to celebrate the In-House Throwdown and the beginning of warmer weather at his bar, Causeway Restaurant & Bar, this Saturday night at 7pm! Causeway is an awesome spot located just across the street from the TD Garden. We will be partying upstairs starting at 7pm. For you UFC fans, the fights will be playing as well! Whether or not you’re participating in the throwdown, we hope to see you out Saturday night for some fun. All are welcome! Bring your friends or significant other for a great time. See you there!
