One Boston Day

April 15th, 2015 marked the beginning of a new annual Boston tradition: One Boston Day. Each year, the day will serve as an opportunity to celebrate the resiliency, generosity, and strength demonstrated by the people of Boston and those around the world in response to the tragedy of April 15th, 2013.     Death by chin-up and hspu….failed the 5th hspu in minute 5….no surprise there, need more hspu work.

    No snatch for me today, thanks. Worked on HPC
    WOD: 350 Adv. (50# DB). Had to use AirDyne. Guessing it would have been more like 335 on Assault Bike.
    Post-WOD: Death by Strict pullup and SHSPU with Quigs and Marc P. – 7+8 SPU & 4 SHSPU. I think Marc is still going.
