Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Men deadlift 225 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
Women deadlift 155 lb. and throw 14-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

Scaled
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 hand release push-ups

Men deadlift 135 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 9-ft. target
Women deadlift 95 lb. and throw 10-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

    16.4: 171 Rx with tiebreak of 11:29 (MIGHT, but probably not, redo it on Monday)

    16.4: 156 Rx…9 cals away from the HSPU’s but I did get to the mat for a no rep demo :/

      Monday re-test: 182 Rx (9:15 tiebreak), and still one more than Maser. Wall ball no-reps almost rattled me…

    170rx with tie break of 8:18. So basically I had 5 min and only did 5 hspus lol. I did 5 sets of 11 for the DL and wall balls which I liked- quick pace.
