    Last time I did rx in 10:38 (sept 2013). No way I could do rx after the throwdown. I was toast.

    Fran: 8:16 L2 – didn’t do the Paleo challenge but still managed a 14 second improvement from 45 days ago. And unlike last time, I’m almost certain that each rep was legit.

    Only three people in the 5:30AM class?! I guess everyone else’s weekend was a lot more unruly than mine.
    Fran: 5:56 RX . Terrible pull-ups, but first time getting under 6 minutes.

    Can current members occasionally attend the bootcamp class as part of their regular classes?

      Yes current members can attend the bootcamp as they please.
