Matt and Rachel Casale are the proud parents of a beautiful 3 year old girl, Charlee. Rachel and Amy grew up together in Plymouth, and we want to do what we can as a community to help!
This past Christmas was going to be extra special as Matt and Rachel are expecting their 2nd child in May. Five days before Christmas their world was turned upside down in the blink of an eye. A visit to Charlee’s pediatrician which required some blood work led to a same day phone call telling them to go to Children’s Hospital immediately. When they arrived they were told their daughter had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and would need to start chemotherapy at once.
Charlee’s treatment calls for at least a 32 day inpatient course of chemotherapy followed by 2 years of outpatient chemotherapy. It is truly every parent’s nightmare. When word of Charlee’s diagnosis got out, Matt and Rachel’s friends and family were determined to help in any way they could, thus the Charlee for ALL Foundation was started.
Our mission is to help alleviate the financial burdens that invariably arise from this type of situation. We will help to make sure Matt and Rachel can focus solely on getting Charlee well.
Please take part and be one of Charlee’s Angels! We will have donation jars set up at the front desk for those who would like to contribute. If you would like to make a donation online, please click HERE.
