    I know the paleo challenge is a difficult thing for my Crossfit friends. So i’m doing a recomendation of the Meat House. They are a national chain. Locally they have stores in Arlington and Brookline. For myself and my spouse we purchased their beef for last week. Sirloin was excellent. Skirt steak marinatied with lime juice, redwine vinegar, parsley and garlic was great. This week, pork chops, pork tender loin and a roasting chicken is on the menu. If folks are interested I’ll post the results and recipes.
