Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
X muscle ups

Open = 3
Regional = 4
Games = 5


X C2Bs
X Ring Dips

Open = 6
Regional = 8
Games = 10

If you do not finish the round within the minute, complete the round and then take the next minute off but continue until you complete all 10 rounds.

Push a sled loaded with BodyWeight for 15 minutes – you should be walking with the sled with your heels on the ground building up lower body strength.
