Level 3 – Unfortunate 40

    29:47 – 20 inch box/.75 KB/green ball. First time with this beast. Pretty brutal. Hope I can take away some of the scaling next time around.

    29:33 RX wall balls are horrible. Props to JBo for grinding it out at the end of the 4:30pm class.

      Thanks James…that means A LOT!!! Just like that you’ve turned what was a pretty disheartening experience into one I should be proud of. So thanks again buddy!
      As you probably could tell, I was running on empty and honestly didn’t know if I was going to get through it. I needed and really appreciate every last bit of encouragement! I agree…the wall balls (which are difficult for me in the best of circumstances) were absolutely brutal. Thanks so much to Haley for getting me through them bit by bit.
      Congrats to you, James, for putting up a very solid time!
      As for me, I got 40:49…but Rx! Hope to get below 35:00 next time around…which hopefully won’t be for a LOOOOONG time!
      Before class I had a major breakthrough. First time ever I was able to link together a significant # of dubs. Before tonight, 5 was my max. But I got a set of 26 unbroken and was ecstatic!

    28:55. Big crew at 5:30AM. This was my first time doing this one – great workout.

    27:55 hit the wall on the burpees.. I’ve never really truly hated burpees until today.

    That wall ball burpee combo is the real stomach punch of this workout.
